How do you send my order?

We offer free courier delivery in 5-6 working days as standard. We offer express courier delivery in 1-2 days at a charge of £10 for UK delivery.

Please note we only ship on weekdays. Cut off for same day dispatch is 12.00pm GMT.
Orders to Europe & ROW will incur an additional charge. Please contact customer services at info@arksenlabs.com for further information.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via email and receive parcel tracking information.

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered by DPD or DHL.

If you will not be in to receive your order, you have the option with DPD to leave your parcel in a safe place chosen by you prior to delivery or you can also reschedule the delivery.
